These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and 798ph ("798ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 798ph website located at 798ph.club and all associated gaming products, services, account features, promotions, and payment systems (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the registration process on 798ph.club, accessing the Platform as a registered or guest user, depositing funds into your 798ph account, or participating in any game, promotion, or wager offered through the Platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you are of legal gaming age (21 years or older) in the Philippines, and that you accept these Terms without reservation.

To register and use 798ph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:
Underage Gambling: 798ph takes the 21+ age requirement extremely seriously. Any individual found to have registered using false age information will have their account immediately and permanently closed, all funds confiscated, and the matter may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities. If you suspect underage gambling activity, please contact 798ph support immediately.
To access 798ph gaming services, you must register a personal account through the 798ph Login page at 798ph.club/798ph-login. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) 798ph account. Members discovered to hold multiple accounts — regardless of whether the accounts were created using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are in breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended and all associated balances may be forfeited.
798ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed. You must submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) along with any additional documentation 798ph may reasonably request. 798ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access until satisfactory KYC documentation is received and verified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 798ph login credentials, including your password and transaction PIN. You agree to notify 798ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 798ph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your registered mobile number changes or your personal details are updated, you must notify 798ph promptly through the account settings or support channels. 798ph is not responsible for failed communications or delayed transaction processing caused by outdated account information.
798ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the applicable rate at time of processing. 798ph reserves the right to modify, add, or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Members.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply based on payment method, account verification status, and applicable regulatory requirements. VIP Members may be subject to elevated transaction limits as communicated by their account manager.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the 798ph payments team during operating hours (8 AM to 12 AM PHT). GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 30–60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, Philippine public holidays, or when additional verification is required. 798ph does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
By depositing funds into your 798ph account, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited are legally obtained and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity. 798ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law. 798ph reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds at any time.
798ph is not liable for failed deposit or withdrawal transactions caused by incorrect payment details provided by the Member, technical failures on the part of third-party payment providers, or banking system downtime. In the event of a failed deposit where funds have been debited from your account but not credited to your 798ph wallet, you must contact support with transaction evidence for manual investigation.
798ph offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your 798ph account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20× means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount). Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution details are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
798ph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where 798ph determines — in its reasonable discretion — that a Member is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy bonus requirements without genuine gaming intent; exploitation of mathematical patterns or loopholes in bonus structures; collusion with other Members; or registration of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, a maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. Winnings in excess of the stated cap will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request. Maximum caps, where applicable, are clearly stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
Cashback Note: 798ph's daily cashback promotion, where offered, is credited without an attached wagering requirement. Cashback funds are withdrawable immediately upon credit. This applies specifically to the cashback product and not to other bonus types.
Each game available on 798ph is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail for game-specific matters.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of any game or transaction, 798ph reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the bet amount to the Member's account. 798ph is not liable for any winnings displayed as a result of a technical malfunction that 798ph can reasonably demonstrate was caused by an error in the game software or system infrastructure.
All non-live games on 798ph use certified Random Number Generator systems provided and maintained by the respective game providers. These systems are independently audited for fairness and randomness. 798ph does not have access to, and does not interfere with, game outcome generation. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed for each game reflect the certified theoretical return as provided by the game provider.
In the event of internet disconnection or device failure during an active game session, the game will resume from its last saved state when you reconnect, where technically supported. For live dealer games, if a disconnection occurs during a round in progress, the outcome of that round will be determined by the live dealer's normal game resolution and the result applied to your account accordingly.

All content on the 798ph Platform — including but not limited to the 798ph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 798ph or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 798ph Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 798ph content without the prior written consent of 798ph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 798ph's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 798ph account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
798ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 798ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
798ph does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and is not liable for damages arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, technical failures, cyber attacks, or force majeure events including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, and telecommunications outages.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using 798ph, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that you may lose the funds you deposit, and that past game outcomes are not indicative of future results. 798ph is a platform for entertainment and does not guarantee financial returns from gaming activity.
798ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where 798ph has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Member has breached these Terms; the Member's account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes; the Member has provided false identity information; or suspension is required to comply with a regulatory or law enforcement directive.
Upon account termination for cause, 798ph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is ultimately found, verified funds (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings from fraudulent activity) will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified payment method. Bonus funds and winnings derived from Terms violations will be forfeited.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 798ph support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any valid balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the Member's verified withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC compliance.
798ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the mobile number on record not less than 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect with shorter notice or immediately.
Your continued use of the 798ph Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must cease using 798ph and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.3. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall first be referred to 798ph customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the support process within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this clause prevents 798ph from seeking injunctive or emergency relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending formal dispute resolution.
